Hiring software professionals from the Consortium
to work on- or off- site includes a number
of benefits. Our staff receive the full support
of our entire organization when they work
with our clients. This includes:
- Consultation with our senior development
staff for any task, any day, any time. This
allows our clients to benefit from the sum
of all our experience, rather than the experience
of just that one individual. Collectively,
we often have more experience with a tool
or technology than any regular single contractor
could hope to have.
- Access to all our resources, including our
development library and our dedicated Windows
95/98/NT testing facilities.
- Up to date training in all of our tools at
our training centre, through our initial
training program and periodic seminars.
- Regular code and/or design reviews at our
facilities, if desired by the client.
Training
When new development staff joins us, they
are first placed in an intense 6 month training
program to ensure that they have the skills
needed for modern Windows and Internet development.
They are also trained to use standard conventions
so that the source code you get looks the
same no matter who wrote it.
