Description |
The Internet Delivery System allows franchises to take orders over the web. IDS distributes orders to stores via IP based upon postal codes. Repeat customers are given accounts which allow them to quickly make subsequent orders, even to different addresses. IDS is centrally administered by the franchise but permits reporting at the store level. Another version of IDS communicates with the stores via FAX instead of IP for stores that aren't Internet connected. Various databases are supported. |

Description |
RAP is an application which Telemedia's Quebec radio stations use to track and analyze radio promotions. Each radio promotion includes information such as the method of listener participation, the stations involved, the number of each length of ad spot, and various broadcasting statistics. RAP supports natural-language filtering and then can cross-tabulate the resulting data into graphs that can be used by their sales force. Telemedia is looking to replicate the system nationally once they've built up a significant number of promotions in the database. |

Description |
XTAB is a joint project by RJA and the Consortium to develop a blazingly fast cross-tabulation and graphing application. RJA developed a highly efficient data format for questionnaire data, which the Consortium incorporated into an intuitive GUI. XTAB forms the basis of other projects such as BBM's SalesPRO, which BBM has distributed to its sales force with a radio RTS database. |

Description |
CAC is responsible for handling the outsourcing in bulk for participating Canadian government departments and agencies. CTS tracks those consultants and their projects with detailed task and billing information. CTS ties in with CAC's online consultant pool and existing accounting system. The Consultant Tracking System replaced an existing single-user system created in 1983. The new system allows reporting by multiple users within CAC. |

EASI stands for Easi Analysis of Starch Information. Previous versions were created by the Consortium for Canadian and US markets. EASI Australia was rebuilt from scratch to process Australian data. EASI takes A.C. Nielsen questionaire data, allows users to filter it in millions of ways, and then produces a number of reports. |
